It just lives in spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, paper and people’s memory. WORKQRAFT builds the software that holds it in one place — designed around how your organisation actually works.
Today — six places, no single record
With WORKQRAFT — one track, one record
We start from the operation, not the software. Then we build the system that runs it.
The software your business runs on, built around how your business actually works.
S-02Industry-specific software, designed, built, licensed and maintained end to end.
S-03Getting your existing tools to talk to each other — and off the spreadsheets.
S-04One set of numbers everyone agrees on, produced without anyone staying late.
S-05Automation applied where it removes real work, not where it demonstrates well.
S-06An honest read on your operation before anyone writes a line of code.
We spend time with the people doing the work and document how the operation actually runs — including the workarounds. Not the org chart. The real thing.
We agree the target process and specify the system that supports it: what gets automated, what stays human, what stops entirely.
We ship in slices. Something useful reaches real users in weeks, then grows. No twelve-month reveal.
We train your team, migrate the data, run alongside the old way, then switch it off together.
Support, monitoring and continuing development — until you want it in-house, at which point we hand over properly.
Operations rhyme across industries. The paperwork changes; the bottlenecks rarely do.
Our work spans Nigeria and international engagements, on site and remote. If your sector isn’t listed, the question is whether your process is written down anywhere — not whether we’ve seen it before.

WORKQRAFT builds custom software systems that run business operations. We work with organisations to map how their operations actually function, then design and build tailored systems — workflow, approvals, dispatch, inventory, reporting — that replace the spreadsheets, message threads and paper those operations currently depend on. We also provide technology consulting, data analytics, cloud integration, training and ongoing support.
WORKQRAFT was co-founded by Ayomide Oni, who serves as Chief Executive Officer, and Chukwueloka Collins Nwobodo, who serves as Chief Technology Officer. Ayomide leads client strategy, operations design and delivery. Chukwueloka leads architecture, engineering and platform reliability.
WORKQRAFT LIMITED is incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 as a private company limited by shares, with its registered office in Nigeria. We work with clients across Nigeria and internationally, remotely and on site.
It depends on how unusual your process is and how much of it people are currently holding together by hand. If an off-the-shelf tool fits, we will say so — that advice costs you nothing and saves a build. Custom systems earn their cost when your process is a real advantage, when no product covers the whole chain, or when your team is paying a daily tax in re-keying and reconciliation.
We ship in slices rather than in one release. A first useful version typically reaches real users within weeks of the design being agreed, then grows from there. A full mapping and design phase usually runs two to four weeks, depending on how many parts of the operation are in scope.
Yes. We are incorporated in Nigeria and our objects include establishing and operating offices, branches and subsidiaries in Nigeria and elsewhere. We take on international engagements and work remotely with distributed teams.
The first conversation costs nothing and often ends with us saying you don’t need a build yet. That’s a useful answer too.
