About the company
WORKQRAFT LIMITED is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020, and founded by Ayomide Oni, Chief Executive Officer, and Chukwueloka Collins Nwobodo, Chief Technology Officer.
We build custom systems for businesses and organisations to streamline their operations.
Most organisations don’t run on software. They run on a spreadsheet somebody maintains, a WhatsApp group where decisions actually get made, a printed form that travels between desks, and one or two people who remember how it’s all supposed to fit together. It works, until it doesn’t — usually when volume grows or those people leave.
WORKQRAFT replaces that with a system built specifically for how your operation works. Not a generic product you bend your process around, and not a redesign of your business to suit a piece of software. We document the operation as it is, agree what it should become, and build the thing that runs it.
Alongside that, we consult. Technology strategy, digital transformation, systems integration and advisory work — including the engagements that end with us recommending you don’t build anything at all. We also carry out research and development in software engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and apply it where it removes real work rather than where it demonstrates well.

Co-founder / CEO
Ayomide Oni co-founded WORKQRAFT and leads the company as Chief Executive Officer. He works at the front of every engagement: sitting with the people who actually run an operation, mapping how work really moves through it, and turning that into a system specification a team can build against.
His focus is the part most software projects skip — deciding what should be automated, what should stay human, and what should simply stop being done. That judgement is why WORKQRAFT ships systems people use rather than platforms they work around.
He is responsible for client strategy, commercial partnerships and delivery across the firm's consulting and product work.
Co-founder / CTO
Chukwueloka Collins Nwobodo co-founded WORKQRAFT and serves as Chief Technology Officer. He owns the technical side of the firm: system architecture, engineering standards, security, and keeping the platforms WORKQRAFT builds running once real work depends on them.
He designs for the conditions African operations actually run in — intermittent connectivity, mixed device estates, teams spread across sites, and data that has to reconcile at the end of the day regardless. Systems are built to degrade gracefully rather than assume a perfect network.
He leads the engineering team and directs the firm's applied research in automation, data infrastructure and machine learning.
We spend time with the people doing the work and document how the operation actually runs — including the workarounds. Not the org chart. The real thing.
We agree the target process and specify the system that supports it: what gets automated, what stays human, what stops entirely.
We ship in slices. Something useful reaches real users in weeks, then grows. No twelve-month reveal.
We train your team, migrate the data, run alongside the old way, then switch it off together.
Support, monitoring and continuing development — until you want it in-house, at which point we hand over properly.
Engagements are led by a founder, start to finish. You won’t be handed to a different team after the pitch.
